Jean-Charles Duboc, former Air France Captain (57), became aware of the Extraterrestrial presence on Earth after having observed above Paris, on January 28, 1994, during a flight from Nice, France, to London, UK, a gigantic UFO which left a radar track at the Operational Centre of Air Defence (CODA). Following this observation, J.C. Duboc was auditioned by the Cometa group which submitted a report to the President of the French Republic in 1998. Thereafter he took part in numerous broadcasts and testified at the conference of Washington on November 12, 2007. He is an advocate of the revelation to the public of the extraterrestrial presence and requests that the energy which propels the UFO, whose characteristics are already under study in several Research Centres, is made available to Humanity.

J.C. Duboc also engages in political activities as a counsel in education and human development of the young. He has founded in November 1993 a think tank, “the Clippers of Normandy” that has now become the “Euroclippers” project. This project, currently studied by the French government and the European commission, suggests creating a “Nautical Erasmus” for the students of the European Union who will be able to sail, as a crew, on board Tall Ships along the European coasts and around the world. The “Euroclippers” Project could be adopted by every country on Earth and would provide a propitious ground for the development of international relations.

Global systemic crisis and Disclosure

“Jean-Charles Duboc, a retired Air France captain, will present the observation of the huge UFO over Paris he has made on 28 January 1994. This UFO has been identified by the radar of the French Defense and captain Duboc made a testimony to the Cometa report. He will present the works of Dr Claude Poher, founder in 1977 of the Geipan, the French official UFO studying service of the CNES in Toulouse. Dr Poher has developed the Universons theory and is currently creating artificial gravity in his lab in Toulouse with acceleration up to 2000g.

The Disclosure and the works of Dr Poher, and of other researchers, will give free, non-polluting, and non-limited energy to the World and will develop new industries as space hotels around the Earth. But, first, this will provoke the collapse of all the energy industries on the planet. And this collapse and the collapse of the financial, economic and social, that we can see now, could develop a global geopolitics dislocation and increase risk of riots, wars, and so on… The solution will be the extension of the European Union which will have to include USA, Canada, Russia, Japan, China, etc…, to create a World Union which is the necessary step to develop economical justice among the countries and to develop future relations with alien civilizations. We need a real control of the political, industrial and financial leaders by the Citizens, and, in fact, the solution will be the improvement of the democracy in each country of the planet.”
